Maintain healthy body weight as per BMI goal of 20-24

Daily exercise 

7-8 Hrs night sleep

Maintain personal hygiene : always clean before & after sex

Always pass urine before sleeping.

Avoid using medicated solutions for vaginal wash as they disturb good bacteria of Vagina which are protective.

Using protection (condom) as much as possible. 

Always discuss issues with partner.
